Dry Foam Cleaning Method
Why Dry Foam Cleaning is the Best Method for Carpets and Upholstery

There is a difference in cleaning methods!

Dry-foam extraction cleans better and dries faster. Carpets cleaned by the dry-foam extraction system are noticeably and beautifully brighter, softer, cleaner, drier - right after cleaning - and they stay that way longer. No sloshy puddles or bad smells; carpets can't shrink, warp or mildew because not enough moisture is involved to cause these problems. Your carpets will dry fast - often in less than an hour.

You can also trust your finest upholstery fabrics to the same gentle but thorough dry foam extraction principle that removes dirt and grime completely, rather than drive or flush it through the surface.

Fluffy foam suspends the emulsified soil separated from the fabric by gentle counter-rotating soft, nylon brushes. Dirt and foam are removed by powerful vacuum action. The fabric dries quickly, including furnishings upholstered with Haitian Cotton, brocades, tapestry and all colorfast materials.

Remember - There is Only One Safe Way to Clean Carpet

These old methods just won't give you the results you want.

Traditional Steam Carpt Cleaning Method

The Rotary Method

Here shampoo is scrubbed into the surface of the carpet using one large or two small brushes. This does a fair job of cleaning the carpet surface, but the deep-down dirt is either untouched or carried deeper into the pile of the shampoo. Additionally, this method makes no provision for removal of the shampoo and dirt. The carpet must be vacuumed later in a separate operation.

The "Steam" Method

In the first place, no steam is used - probably a good thing since live steam would be disastrous to your good carpet. Actually, the "steam" is only hot water that is sprayed into the carpet. In most cases, little more than half of the dirt bearing water is extracted from the carpet. The remainder is left and can result in soggy carpet, mildew, shrinkage or damaged backing, padding and floors. Drying time can run up to 24 hours - a long time for any carpet area to be unusable.

The Rotary/Bonnet Method

Such procedures will brighten the surface, but can't remove the dirt deep in the pile of the carpet. Result: embedded dirt works up quickly to the surface to resoil the carpet.
